Consumer Experience Lead - Interactive Design
At Humana's CenterWell Pharmacy, I served as interactive design thought leader on the Pharmacy Service Experience Team. Managed a product portfolio centered on omni-channel strategies to measurably improve end-to-end user experience and overall customer satisfaction. Developed and maintained wireframes and interactive prototypes for new and existing features.
